Hiring: Paid Search Professionals

Are you a paid search professional looking for a challenging opportunity? CEC is looking for 3 paid search professionals to join our growing search team.


Responsibilities
• Develop and manage paid search campaigns on platforms such as AdWords, adCenter and Panama with varied bidding strategies (PPC, CPM, PPA, etc), goals and objectives.
• Test and analyze keywords, ad copy, landing pages and bidding strategies to meet expectations.
• Write relevant and compelling ad copy that resonates with consumers and helps achieve results.
• Work with internal and external web design teams to develop and implement landing pages, web portals and other web properties to be used in conjunction with paid search campaigns.
• Work with internal and external IT teams to develop and implement tools to help track, monitor, optimize and report on paid search campaigns.
• Provide strategic and tactical direction to paid search vendors to ensure results meet objectives.
• Analyze and report on campaign results and identify trends and opportunities.
• Responsible for evaluation, testing and implementation of new paid search tools, and technology.
• Assist with department expense budget and tracking related to campaigns managed.

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of paid search campaign management experience.
• In depth, hands on working knowledge of the 3 major paid search platforms; AdWords, adCenter and Panama.
• Full comprehension of paid search metrics and their significance.
• Web design experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with 3rd party analytics software such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics, etc.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
